Thomas began his creative journey in Bangalore, India as a documentarian for a major design research firm. in assisting and working under veterans in the industry. Following that, he moved on to the Advertising field working for a Cannes Award Winning Ad agency where he conceptualized and produced Film content for various campaigns with leading international name brands.
Parallel to that, he worked on directing, and editing Music Videos, Documentaries and Vignettes in India, the United States and Canada exploring the Indie, Jazz and Hip Hop circles. Between chasing stories on the road and spending days in the studio fine tuning an edit, He practices his love for Architecture photography.
Education
Thomas Jose graduated from one of India's leading Design Schools where he got a formal education in the visual arts. Heavily influenced by the bold precision of the Bauhaus movement and the surrealism of Lynch, Thomas' early motion and still picture projects reflected a delicate balance of those philosophies. Honing the craft of film making with constantly keeping up with cutting edge technology, He directed his thesis in fiction film.
After College coupled with a few years of industry experience under his belt, He pursued his post graduate film studies in Documentary Film and the Motion Picture Arts (Fiction) from a highly acclaimed film school in Canada.
